Return Policy
All items may be exchanged within 7 days of the item being received. Items must be the same condition it was shipped in and with original tag. All defective items may be repaired/exchanged. Please email shop@possenyc.com when returning an item and include your name, item, address, phone number, and reason for return. All returns must be shipped within 3 days after receiving an RMA number. Please include your RMA number along with the credit card number and expiration date of the card used when returning the item.

All items are shipped via FedEx ground and will arrive within 3-7 business days. For express delivery please email shop@possenyc.com.
